Returns
Due to the consumable nature of honey, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened.
Returns are only accepted if:
- The product is damaged
- The product is leaking
- You received the wrong item
You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or video evidence.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or bank transfer
Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind
- Incorrect address provided by customer
- Product opened or used
